Just being built..recently sold estate home in Easton Park

The pricing on these upgrade filed brand new homes is very similar to a resell, but the only toenails in the carpet are yours..:)... Some communities have such awesome finance contigencies you will be amazed at how similar the payments are to the bankowned fixer uppers

Chapel pines single family

In the 70-90s these 3 bedroom single family homes with low hoa and no cdds are amazingly affordable...much less than rent...would be a great investment communuity..
