Bailey and a new friend at Northdale Park

Northdale is a nice quiet subdivision between Carrollwood and Lutz in North Central Hillsborough county..with homes built in the late 80 to Early 90s this subdivision has a lot of options including a YMCA, a community center, and easy access to entertainment and shopping...Of course we were just here because Princess Bailey wanted to swing..

How can this still be for sale in Chapel Pines..

I have a bank owned for sale in Chapel Pines at just under 85k that I just can't believe I haven't sold! The home is in excellent condition, only 5 years old, sits on a pond view, and has very low HOA..

I can get you USDA 100 percent financing in the community... This will beat rent by $100-$300 a month in anything even halfway comparable...

I just don't understand why this one hasn't sold in Wesley Chapel's Chapel Pines Community..

Highland Park - an executive community with a better price

This executive community is adjacent to Waterchase and very close to Westchase. A few years back touching this community for 250k was almost a dream..

Today some of the new homes are starting as low as the 160s and bankowned homes are occassionally going even lower.

This community seems well placed to come back faster than the market as a whole. This should definately be a place you consider if looking in the Westchase Market Area.
